OECD Due Diligence Guidance Consultants |
Last updated: July 9, 2012 The EICC and GeSI have developed a list of firms that are willing and capable to assist with the implementation of OECD Due Diligence Guidance compliant sourcing schemes in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and adjoining countries. Some of these firms may also be engaged by companies to validate a company’s scheme against the OECD Due Diligence Guidance. The EICC and GeSI are providing this as a service to interested companies and do not endorse or make any claims about any of these service providers or website links. Note that per the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, any firm a company chooses to validate the company's due diligence scheme against the OECD Guidance cannot be the same firm that helped develop the scheme. The listed service providers are familiar with the issue of conflict minerals, have familiarity with the in-region transportation/trade paths and issues from the conflict minerals standpoint, and have familiarity with the goals of the existing iTSCi scheme (as an example) and how that accounts for and protects the minerals' transportation. The list of providers includes:
